We’ve created two training paths designed to guide you through every stage of your nautical journey.
Beginner Sailing Course – Getting Started
A first step that already feels like open water.
Two hours of sailing just off our beautiful city will help you understand whether sailing can become part of your life. On board our boats, guided by an instructor, you’ll discover how natural it is to learn.
During the course, you will explore:
• the fundamental principles of sailing
• basic terminology
• essential safety rules
• how to maintain direction: heading up, bearing away, sheeting in, and easing out
• the main maneuvers: tacking and gybing
• points of sail and proper sail trim
A simple, authentic, and enthusiasm-filled experience.

Start: Every first weekend of the month (excluding July and August)
Duration: About 3 months, with 10 group practical lessons at sea and an instructor on board
Cost: €300.00
Advanced Sailing Course (Skill Improvement)
Designed for those who already have some sailing experience and want to keep progressing.
The course takes place on Surprise-class sailboats and, in its first phase, will help you become more independent in the various roles on board and in handling the spinnaker.
In the following phase, we’ll start exploring the world of racing, its rules, and how to read situations at sea.
A dynamic and inspiring path, perfect for anyone who wants to push further and discover new emotions under sail.
For both sailing courses:
Start Months: September, November, February, April
Course Start: every first weekend of the month (excluding July and August)
Duration: Approximately 3 months, including 5 practical lessons at sea with an instructor on board
